Show Notes

Next time on The CrazyFitnessGuy Show: what does it really take to stay disciplined when life feels chaotic and your brain is already overloaded? Jimmy Clare sits down with Sherman Perryman, founder of Militant Grind, to break down a calmer, more sustainable approach to discipline built on accountability, resilience, and small daily actions you can actually repeat. From military‑style structure to real‑world entrepreneurship, you’ll hear how Sherman uses simple systems to beat overwhelm, stay consistent, and build a personal brand that genuinely impacts people. If you’re tired of starting over every few weeks and want routines that work with your unique brain instead of against it, you won’t want to miss this episode.

[00:02:41] Speaker C: Not that you know, I grew up and was like, oh, we, you know, so. And everything was on a straight and narrow, had chores, had to do things around the house, didn't watch too much tv, was working all the time. So it's not to say that. Well, I wouldn't say born, I would say it just kind of like developed, you know. But I feel like a lot of you know, but then it's also personal too. Like I've also wanted to be the best person I could be personally. So I developed some things from that discipline that I've learned growing up and just put that inside of my own life, you know, and, and for me to, to flourish with that. So yeah, I would say that. [00:03:21] Speaker A: So my next question for you is did you. Because you were, you grew up kind of like military lifestyle, so to speak, do you feel like that took away from your childhood? [00:03:34] Speaker C: No, of course it did. For sure. Yeah. [00:03:39] Speaker B: Thanks for tuning in to another episode of the Crazy Fitness Guy Show.
