In this trailer for The CrazyFitnessGuy Show, host Jimmy Clare introduces Zach Coleman, a community‑minded fitness leader who believes real progress happens when people feel safe, supported, and seen. You’ll get a sneak peek at their conversation about how strong leadership, clear communication, and genuine care can turn a gym—or any fitness space—into a place of belonging instead of pressure. If you’ve ever felt out of place in fitness settings as an autistic or neurodivergent adult, this upcoming episode will show you how unity and community can change everything.

[00:02:41] Speaker C: I don't know what to do and I'm not saying people don't have small Taylor spots of burnout. I mean it's common especially as people that really have a determination to to help, assert help people is that they they there's never really this end and so there's this premise that you think you have to work like 60, 70 hours a day. And I've always really been really big into the grit culture. I'm more of like perseverance, like try stuff, test stuff, do stuff. And now I have a family now I. You know, during that time I was at complete burnout myself. Like I was no longer going to the gym. I wasn't going on the runs like I used to go on and I actually had to come back and look at myself and say hey, what are the things that I'm missing that I can bring back in and actually work less and start working smarter.
