Originally from Taiwan, Peiming Sun came to the USA as a graduate student in Molecular Biology and Microbiology in 1991. Her journey has taken her from scientist to stay‑at‑home single mother, real estate investor, cooking instructor, food truck operator, and small restaurant owner, giving her a unique, practical view of simple healthy living.
